The Bouq'rond

The Maxi-Bouq’rond is an automatic machine used for packaging vaseless Aquapack bouquets (bouquets with a water reservoir), using the Easybul® support.

3 support sizes can be used:

• Easybul 70
• Easybul 110
• Easybul 150

Ergonomics and installation

This compact machine is 1.70m high and occupies 1m² on the ground. With its four pivoting wheels, it is easy and quick to install. It is equipped with easily accessible, quick couplings to connect up to the power supply.

Its main components are:

• an electric cabinet with an operator interface
• a work surface
• two grippers placed alternatively in the centre of the work surface
• a separate display equipped with 4 trays

Production rate

The Maxi bouq’rond can produce up to 300 bouquets per hour. (Depending on the size of the product, the volume of water needed and the production rate setting.)

Possible settings

Two selectors are located under the display, one for choosing the product size (Easybul 70, 110 or 150), the other for switching between bouquet per bouquet mode and continuous (or automatic) mode.

A display is located in the centre of the control cabinet to access:

• The production rate settings
• Settings for the water volume (in cl) in the packaging.
• The instantaneous production rate (given in bouquets per hour).
• The two counters, total and daily production.
